Graduated and Now What? (1/2 day)
Position Yourself on the (Job) Market
Graduated and what the heck will I do now? What do I want? What kinds of jobs are out there? How can I jump out from piles of CV’s? In the news there is often a negative image depicted about the job opportunities for graduates. That can make the process all that little bit more daunting.
Anne Hospers and Nina Janssens have put together a practical workshop that shows you how you can discover your talents, motivations and added value so you can differentiate yourself as a job hunter, freelancer or entrepreneur. There are so many opportunities after graduation. No black hole, but the freedom to discover what you’ve always wanted to do.
Using our own experiences, projects and inspirational stories we give you tips and tricks as well as practical tasks to help you find direction and brainstorm ideas. Individually, in pairs and as a group we tackle the questions: Who am I? And how can I increase my chances of paid work in my preferred sector? By combining your talents, interests and goals, we work together towards actionable outcomes that will strengthen your position on the job market.
Are you almost done with your studies or already graduated and you can use some inspiration and motivation? Then take part in this workshop and step into the next phase with more confidence.
Programme 1/2 Day Workshop:
Execution is more important than good ideas, so we’ll help you in this more in-depth workshop to put our tips and tricks into an action plan that helps you land that dream job. You’ll get to work on creating the plan for a fantastic “calling card” with other participants so that you can hit the ground running when you get home. The tools that you learn in this workshop can be used again and again because you’re learning how to turn ideas into reality. While others keep sending uninspiring grey CVs, you’ll learn how you can get potential employers/clients to really notice you.

Testimonials 2hr workshop
“Now that the end of Master’s Behavioural Change is in sight, the stress begins to accumulate. Therefore, as Student Union B-change we invited experts Nina and Anne to give their workshop to our members. We have experienced this partnership as a very pleasant one. The trainers were good sparring partners and flexible when needed.
The workshop itself was a success as well. With lots of enthusiasm they shared tips & tricks. Our students were not only reassured about the future but also reflected on their own talents and passions. Anne and Nina’s creative approach to ‘finding a job’ teaches us a new way to
get hired. “
